Geften is led by Raice George, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the Geften group of companies, spanning Geften Electrical Solutions and Geften Cables. Before setting foot in a boardroom, he spent years at sea in the merchant navy and on offshore oil and gas installations — an environment where discipline isn't a value statement but a survival requirement, and where every system either holds or it doesn't. That grounding in operational rigor and systems thinking now shapes how Geften is built: standardised processes, tight quality control, and manufacturing designed to scale without breaking.
Under his leadership, Geften is pursuing an ambitious decade-long mandate — building a system-driven manufacturing enterprise with a $50 billion vision, and expanding its export footprint to bring premium electrical solutions to the United States, the Middle East and global markets. He leads with a founder's urgency and a mentor's patience, embedding technology into daily operations while staying anchored to family, community and the people building alongside him.
