Return and exchange policy

Eligibility
Unused, unopened standard products may be considered for return when reported promptly after delivery and accompanied by the invoice. Products must remain in saleable condition.
Non-returnable products
Cut lengths, opened coils, installed products, damaged packaging and custom or special-order goods are generally not returnable unless defective.
Inspection
All returns are subject to inspection. Contact support before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
